Scott Wotherspoon has a broad practice across a wide range of commercial disputes.  Doyles list him as a leading commercial litigation junior counsel.

He has a particular interest and experience in Chancery litigation, disputes concerning trusts, probate and company law, both at the trial and appellate levels.  He has a particular interest in complex cases involving commercial equity and the movement of property.

Scott is available to advise and appear in the trial division of the Supreme Court of Victoria, the Victorian Court of Appeal and in the Federal Court of Australia.
