Nicholas Phillpott practices in the area of Building and Construction Law. In particular, he appears in:

• domestic building disputes;
• commercial construction disputes;
• Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act matters;
• professional negligence claims;
• insurance claims; and
• Building Appeals Board and Building Practitioners Board hearings and inquiries.

Before coming to the Bar, Nicholas was an Associate to the Honourable Justice Ginnane in both the Supreme Court and County Court. He was also a solicitor at a small Construction Law Firm.
