Pat Zappia KC has a broad and diversified commercial practice in both appellate and trial work. He has appeared as counsel in complex commercial disputes throughout Australia involving takeovers, competition law, company law, insurance law, professional negligence, insolvency and trusts. He has particular experience in large commercial litigation including class actions.
