Robert has a broad commercial, company and regulatory practice. His core practice areas include insolvency and restructuring, intellectual property and financial services.
He has appeared in commercial, company and regulatory litigation conducted in superior courts around Australia, including the Federal Court of Australia, and the Supreme Courts of Victoria and New South Wales.
Prior to joining the Bar, he was a solicitor at Clayton Utz and the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office. Robert holds qualifications in chemistry, law and finance, including Masters degrees in Law from the University of Melbourne, and Law and Finance from the University of Oxford.
Robert is the author of The Law of Restructuring (LexisNexis, 2018), as well as articles published in national and international law journals.
