Holly accepts briefs in commercial law, public law, and common law (major torts), in particular defamation. Holly also accepts briefs in white-collar crime and proceeds of crime.

Before coming to the Bar, Holly was the Senior Associate to the Hon. Justice John Dixon and Senior Researcher to the Chief Justice (the Hon. Marilyn Warren AC KC).  Prior to these roles Holly was a Trial Division Researcher at the Supreme Court of Victoria working primarily for the Common Law Division. In particular, Holly had significant experience in the Major Torts List at the Court.

Prior to working at the Court, Holly was a solicitor at HWL Ebsworth in the commercial group, and was a member of the media sub-group.  As part of that team Holly gained significant experience in commercial transactions, defamation and contempt proceedings.

Holly read with Renee Enbom KC and her senior mentor is Matt Collins AM KC.
