Mark Settle has a wide civil commercial practice. He is regularly briefed in the areas of contracts, building and construction, insurance and property law and regularly appears in the Supreme Court of Victoria, the Federal Court of Victoria and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Mark has performed a considerable amount of professional negligence and disciplinary work, acting for all parties covering a wide variety of matters. He is also experienced in the area of administrative law, appearing in both judicial review and merits review matters.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Mark was Associate to Mr Justice Marks of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
