Paul practises primarily in commercial law, equity and trusts, real property and estates.

Before coming to the Bar, Paul worked at Linklaters LLP, London, and Hausfeld & Co LLP, London. Prior to that, Paul was an Associate in the Supreme Court of Victoria, in the chambers of Justice McMillan, and to the Reserve Judges in the Court of Appeal.

Paul studied at the University of Melbourne on a Melbourne National Scholarship, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (Classics) and a Bachelor of Laws. He received the highest result in his class in Corporations Law and Restitution. Paul also holds a Master’s in Ancient Philosophy from the University of Oxford.

Paul currently lectures in Equity and Trusts at the University of Melbourne.
