Natalie has a depth of expertise in disputes involving employment and industrial law, discrimination, public law and class actions. Natalie acts for and advises clients spanning a range of industries including public and private companies, State and Commonwealth agencies, registered organisations and employees. She is an experienced trial and appellate advocate who appears both led and unled in State and Federal Courts and Tribunals.
Natalie’s expertise has been recognised by Doyle’s Guide and she is recommended in the list of Leading Employment Law Junior Counsel – Victoria, 2022.

Natalie holds a Masters in Public and International Law from the University of Melbourne. She is a member of the Bar’s Equality and Diversity Committee.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Natalie was the Associate to the Hon. Dr Chris Jessup KC at the Federal Court of Australia. At the Bar, she read with Richard Dalton KC and her Senior Mentor is Paul O’Grady KC.
