Monique practices primarily in commercial and public law. She accepts briefs to appear and advise.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Monique was the Senior Associate to the Honourable Justice Emerton of the Victorian Court of Appeal (now President of the Victorian Court of Appeal). Before this, she was a Senior Associate at Ashurst in Melbourne and an Associate at Linklaters in London. As a solicitor, Monique has experience in commercial disputes and complex transactional matters.

She is admitted to practice in Victoria and England & Wales.

Monique holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne. Monique is an Honorary Fellow at Melbourne Law School, where she teaches Contract Law in the Juris Doctor course.

Monique read with Meg O’Sullivan KC and her senior mentor was Claire Harris KC (as her Honour was then known).
