D’Arcy practises in commercial law, and has particular expertise in class actions, building and construction, contractual disputes, and regulatory proceedings.
Prior to coming to the Bar, D’Arcy was a commercial litigation lawyer in King & Wood Mallesons’ Dispute Resolution group and an academic at Deakin Law School.
D’Arcy holds a Master of Laws, Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts and Diploma of Mandarin. He ranked first in his cohort in Administrative Law and International Commercial Litigation.
D’Arcy read with Helen Tiplady and Nasos Kaskani, and his senior mentor is Robert Craig KC.
