D’Arcy practises in commercial litigation, and has particular expertise in large scale litigation, construction and engineering, building disputes, arbitration, class actions, contract, insurance, competition and consumer, and regulatory proceedings.
Prior to coming to the Bar, D’Arcy was a commercial litigation lawyer in King & Wood Mallesons’ Dispute Resolution Group.
D’Arcy holds a Master of Laws, Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts and Diploma of Mandarin. He ranked first in his cohort in multiple law subjects. He is also a casual academic at Deakin Law School.
D’Arcy read with Helen Tiplady and Nasos Kaskani, and his senior mentor is Robert Craig KC.
