We are delighted to welcome Madison Davies to Young’s List following her signing of the Victorian Bar Roll.
Madison has a broad practice encompassing commercial, insolvency and public law matters, with a particular interest in insolvency.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Madison was a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation team at Maddocks where she advised local councils, government departments and statutory authorities on statutory powers and regulatory enforcement, and acted in contractual disputes, Australian Consumer Law matters and shareholder oppression proceedings.
Madison is a member of the Professional Development Subcommittee of Women in Insolvency and Restructuring Victoria.
Madison is reading with Nicole Papaleo, and her senior mentor is Alexandra Folie SC.
