We are delighted to welcome Timana Hattam to Young’s List following her signing of the Victorian Bar Roll.
Timana practises primarily in commercial law, with experience in construction and infrastructure, energy and resources, international arbitration and class actions.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Timana was an Executive Counsel in the Disputes team at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer. She acted in complex commercial disputes arising from major projects in Australia and internationally, across sectors including renewable energy, mining, oil and gas, road and rail.
Timana has experience in State and Federal court litigation and international arbitrations conducted under ICC, SIAC, LCIA and VIAC Rules.
Timana is reading with Helen Tiplady, and her senior mentor is Mark Costello KC.
