Timana practices primarily in commercial law.

Before coming to the Bar, Timana was an Executive Counsel in the Disputes team at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer. She worked on a range of complex commercial disputes with a focus on construction and infrastructure, energy and resources, international arbitration and class actions. Timana has acted in disputes arising on major projects throughout Australia and internationally. She has worked across a variety of sectors including renewable energy, mining, oil and gas, road and rail.

In addition to litigation in State and Federal courts, Timana has experience acting in international arbitration proceedings conducted under ICC, SIAC, LCIA and VIAC Rules.

Timana is reading with Helen Tiplady and her senior mentor is Mark Costello KC.
