Young’s List is delighted to welcome Daniel Aghion. Daniel has developed a busy commercial litigation practice, acting as adviser and advocate in matters concerning property, commercial and contract law, equity, trade practices, insurance and professional negligence, construction, and torts. Daniel practises in the courts at all levels, and has extensive experience working on heavy and complex cases, as part of a team made up of solicitors and other counsel; but he is equally at home acting alone. Daniel is a recognised expert on the difficult question of proportionate liability – he has lectured extensively on the topic; he has delivered research papers that have been cited with approval by the Supreme Court of Victoria; and he has appeared in some of the leading cases in that area.
Daniel is praised by instructors for his attention to detail and the giving of prompt and pragmatic advice.
If you would like to retain Daniel, or have any queries, Tammy can be contacted on 9225 6777, or after hours on 0414 523 515. Read more about Young’s List barristers.
