Georgia explained the requirements and case law that governs various types of applications brought under the Federal Court Rules 2011, including Interlocutory applications, Injunctions, Interpleaders and Security for Costs. A key focus of the presentation was explaining to the junior lawyers how the former rules have been altered or retained and the case law that is still relevant to these applications under the new Federal Court Rules 2011.
