We are delighted to welcome Shmuel Loebenstein to Young’s List following his signing of the Victorian Bar Roll.
Shmuel practises primarily in commercial and public law.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Shmuel was a solicitor in the litigation team at Allens, where he was involved in complex commercial disputes, class actions and regulatory investigations. He later worked as legal counsel at NBN Co, advising on disputes, regulatory compliance and strategic transactions.
Shmuel holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from Monash University and received several academic prizes, including the DLA Piper Prize for Best Honours Thesis in Common Law.
Shmuel is reading with Geoffrey Kozminsky, and his senior mentor is Albert Dinelli KC.
