We are delighted to welcome Jack Trainor to Young’s List following his signing of the Victorian Bar Roll.
Jack practises in all areas of commercial and public law, with a particular focus on contract, insolvency, tort, property, and trusts disputes.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Jack was a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team at Holding Redlich and previously practised at Russell Kennedy. His experience spans multiple jurisdictions and includes civil penalty proceedings for and against ASIC, shareholder and trust disputes, property development and finance disputes, insolvency matters, and proceedings involving mining and proceeds of crime.
Jack has acted for Commonwealth and Victorian government clients, large financial institutions, listed entities, private companies and individuals, and has advised in connection with royal commissions and public inquiries.
Jack is reading with Nina Moncrief, and his senior mentor is Christian Juebner KC.
