Kieran Hickie co-authors leading text on Australian Commercial Arbitration

Young’s List is proud to announce Kieran Hickie has co-authored a leading text published by LexisNexis.

The text was also co-authored by John Hockley, barrister, arbitrator and mediator in Perth; the Hon. Justice C. Croft, Supreme Court of Victoria, judge in charge of the arbitration list for the Commercial Court, and William KQ Ho, senior associate at K&L Gates.

Australian Commercial Arbitration provides detailed annotations to the Uniform Commercial Arbitration Act with extensive case references and commentary detailing the legal principles, procedural and practical issues arising out the harmonised legislation.

It is a terrific handbook for those practicing in the arbitration area.
