D’Arcy practises in commercial litigation, and has particular expertise in large scale litigation and arbitration, construction and engineering, infrastructure, class actions, contract, insurance, and competition and consumer.
Prior to coming to the Bar, D’Arcy was a commercial litigation lawyer in Mallesons’ Dispute Resolution Group.
D’Arcy holds a Master of Laws, Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts and Diploma of Mandarin. He ranked first in his cohort in multiple law subjects.
D’Arcy read with Helen Tiplady and Nasos Kaskani, and his senior mentor was Robert Craig KC (as his Honour then was).
