Robert practises in commercial law and public law, in particular commercial and financial law, company and trust law, intellectual property and insolvency and restructuring.
Prior to joining the Bar, he was a solicitor at Clayton Utz and the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office. Robert holds qualifications in chemistry, law and finance, including Masters degrees in Law from the University of Melbourne, and Law and Finance from the University of Oxford.
Robert has written for national and international law journals in the areas of corporate finance, equity, unjust enrichment, company and constitutional law. He is a reporter for the Victorian Reports and the Australian Corporations and Securities Reports.
