David Forbes has practised as a barrister in commercial and equity law for over 20 years. David has appeared in matters concerning contracts, leases, real property, insolvency, money claims, misleading and deceptive conduct and all other types of commercial disputes ranging from ex parte freezing orders to appeals in the Full Federal Court.
In recent years David has acted in various agricultural disputes ranging from oppression claims within agricultural co-operatives to partnership disputes to proprietary estoppel claims to family farms.
David has particular expertise with complex and document intensive cases, expert evidence and insolvency.
