We are delighted to welcome Thomas Middleton to Young’s List following his signing of the Victorian Bar Roll this evening.
Thomas practises in intellectual property, technology, privacy, regulatory and commercial law.
With more than a decade of legal experience, Thomas has held senior roles in both top-tier firms and in-house at major financial institutions and government departments. Prior to coming to the Bar, he practised at Clayton Utz and ANZ, where he advised on the use of AI in banking operations — bringing a uniquely practical and commercial perspective to complex legal issues.
Thomas holds a Juris Doctor from Melbourne Law School, and two Master of Laws degrees – from NYU and King’s College London. He graduated top of his class from King’s College. He is also admitted to practice in New York, and in the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
