Young’s List is delighted to welcome Kim Knights. Kim’s practice covers a broad range of commercial law, with specialist expertise in personal and corporate insolvency, corporations law and general commercial disputes.
Kim has lectured in Insolvency at the University of Melbourne since 2005. She is a Nationally Accredited Mediator. She is also an Advocacy Coach and Mediation Coach for the Victorian Bar with an active involvement in passing on her skill as an advocate and mediator.
Kim has experience in liquidator’s and trustee’s examinations, insolvent trading actions, preference actions and uncommercial transaction actions as well as winding up and bankruptcy matters.
Kim is a leading junior at the Victorian Bar, an excellent advocate with an impressive grasp of the banking and financial services sector. She has been at the Bar for 14 years with previous experience as a solicitor at Freehills and Clayton Utz.
