On the evening of Thursday 26 February 2026, Young’s List hosted our Biennial List Dinner at Stokehouse. It was a wonderful opportunity to bring together List members, past and present, to celebrate our shared successes.

The evening was an opportunity to welcome back former Judicial Members of the List, including the Hon Justice Michael Osborne, the Hon Judge Catherine Symons, the Hon Associate Justice Cath Gobbo and Member Martin Guthrie.

List Chair Robert Heath KC spoke to the achievements of our members over the past two years and the collegiality of our Barristers that continues to be a defining aspect of the List. Tammy Young reflected on the many professional milestones, appointments and contributions that continue to shape the reputation and success of Young’s List over the last 14 years.

We were also able to welcome and introduce one of our newest members Nick Ferrett KC as well as our newest Readers as they embark on their careers at the Bar: Jack Trainor, Harrison Reed, Nikolas Kalcic, Shmuel Loebenstein, James D’Alessandro and Mitchell Waters.

It was a terrific night and an absolute pleasure to spend the evening with so many of our barristers and their partners in such a spectacular setting. The camaraderie, generosity and good humour that characterise our List were well and truly on display.

We are very much looking forward to the year ahead, continuing to support our barristers and strengthening our professional community.
