On Monday 29th August, Young’s List’s Robert Heath joined four other pannelists at an ACICA interactive session which explored some of the new features introduced in the ACICA Rules 2016 through a mock case study.
Participants obtained a practical understanding of the 2016 Rules and the practice of international commercial arbitration.
