Young’s List barrister Amy Hando will present a CPD session on Recent Developments in Victorian Building Legislation, hosted by the Commercial Bar Association (Building and Construction Law section).

This session will provide an overview of the newly enacted Building Legislation Amendment (Buyer Protections) Act 2025, the Domestic Building Contracts Amendment Bill 2025, and proposed security of payment reforms, offering valuable insights for those practising in construction and property law.
