Tully has a broad practice in both commercial law and mass tort litigation.

Prior to joining the Bar, Tully was Special Counsel at Wotton + Kearney where he regularly advised and acted for insurers in complex and high-value claims across their property and casualty books.

Tully also acted and advised as defence counsel in several high-profile class actions and complex multi-party litigation, including the 2014 Parkerville bushfire litigation in Western Australia and the 2018 St Patricks Day bushfire litigation in Victoria.

In 2022, Tully was seconded to the claims team at a large international insurer, and in 2021 was seconded as in house counsel at one of Victoria’s electricity distributors.

Tully understands the importance of providing clear and concise advice and prides himself on being approachable and easy to work with.

Tully is reading with Sandip Mukerjea and his senior mentor is Gerard Dalton KC.
