Pat has a broad commercial and civil practice in both trial and appellate work. He has appeared as counsel in commercial and civil disputes throughout Australia including in a range of class actions.
He has acted for clients across many industry sectors including banking and finance, building and construction, health, hospitality, insurance, manufacturing, media, mining and energy, professional services, transport and sports and entertainment.
Pat pursued post graduate study overseas at the University of Chicago where he focused on his special interest in competition law.
Pat has been acknowledged in dispute resolution by Chambers & Partners since 2012.
