Nicholas Li practices broadly in commercial law and public law, with a particular focus on class actions, competition and consumer protection and media law.
Before coming to the Bar, Nicholas was an Associate at Phi Finney McDonald where he practiced in consumer and securities class actions involving industries including banking and finance, technology and mining.
Nicholas holds a Juris Doctor (A Grade Pass) from La Trobe University and Bachelor of Journalism (Distinction) from Monash University.
Nicholas is reading with Timothy Maxwell and his senior mentor is Michael Borsky KC.
