Michela practises in commercial, industrial and employment law.

Michela has particular expertise in complex and large-scale proceedings including class actions, in the financial services, insurance, corporations, consumer, planning, industrial and employment sectors.

She has extensive experience in property disputes, including, and in particular, in the areas of adverse possession, mortgagee repossession, complex lease and sale of land disputes and caveat removal applications.

Before joining the Bar, Michela was a Senior Associate at Allens in the Commercial Disputes and Investigations team where she worked for almost nine years. Michela has led complex matters in the Federal Court of Australia and state supreme courts.
