Holly Jager practices in defamation and other major torts, commercial law, public law, and proceeds of crime.
Holly was a solicitor at HWL Ebsworth in the commercial group, and was a member of the media sub-group. As part of that team Holly gained significant experience in commercial transactions, defamation and contempt proceedings.
Before coming to the Bar, Holly was the Senior Associate to the Hon. Justice John Dixon and Senior Researcher to the Chief Justice (the Hon. Marilyn Warren AC KC).
Holly read with Renee Enbom KC and her senior mentor is Matt Collins AM KC.
