Harrison Reed practises primarily in commercial, employment, and sports law.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Harrison was Senior Legal Counsel at Cricket Australia advising on commercial, employment and sports law matters. This included drafting, and advising on, the bargaining arrangements between Cricket Australia and the players. He also appeared on behalf of Cricket Australia in code of conduct and disciplinary hearings for on-field and off-field matters.

Before working at Cricket Australia, Harrison practised in commercial litigation at Macpherson Kelley. He acted in a broad range of commercial disputes spanning breach of directors’ duties, equitable claims (including trusts), sale of land disputes, contractual disputes, and consumer law proceedings brought by the ACCC.

Harrison is reading with Georgia Douglas and his senior mentor is Christian Juebner KC.
