Declan Peacock practices in all areas of commercial and public law.
Before coming to the Bar, Declan worked in the Construction and Projects group at Maddocks, where he advised and acted for Local and State Governments, and tier-1 contractors across a broad range of construction and infrastructure disputes.
He has a particular interest in building and construction law, regulatory disputes, and professional negligence and similar torts. Declan also has a strong interest in sports law and sits as a member of the Northern Football Netball League’s disciplinary tribunal.
Declan prides himself on being available, easy to work with and able to form strong relationships with clients and instructors alike.
Declan is reading with Fiona Cameron and his senior mentor is Andrew Woods SC.
