Angelo Germano practises in general commercial, construction and insurance litigation.

He has advised and appeared in matters involving complex litigation, alternative dispute resolution, arbitration and expert determination in areas concerning defects, latent conditions, extensions of time, variation works, water ingress, termination, protection works, owners corporation disputes, leasing, directors duties and consumer protection.

Angelo is recognised in Doyle’s Guide as a Leading Construction and Infrastructure Junior Counsel in Victoria.

Angelo read with Kathryn Stynes (now the Honourable Justice Stynes). His senior mentor is Nicholas Hopkins KC.
